BIO
Sae-Seul Park is an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at the Rotman School of Management. Her research examines strategic human capital and knowledge transfer, with an emphasis on understanding how the interplay of incentives, social relationships, and individual variance in human capital characteristics shapes knowledge processes and performance efforts that underlie outcomes at both the individual and the organizational levels. Across these projects, she leverages fine-grained digital trace data to construct unobstrusive behavioral measures that capture individual-level efforts and processes not visible through traditional outcome-based measures.
To non-Korean speakers, she goes by Sae (pronounced "say").
