Prof. Yanqin Wu is a professor of theoretical astrophysics in the Department of Astronomy & Astrophysics at the University of Toronto.

She studies the interiors of planets, the structure of proto-planetary disks and circumstellar dusty debris disks, the organization of planetary systems, the formation history of moons and satellites in the solar system, and the evolution of the Kuiper Belt. Recently, she has been engaged in understanding the Kepler planetary systems, in terms of their internal structure, their dynamics and origins.
