BIO

Dr. Carol Greenwood is a prominent researcher and professor whose academic career spans several decades at the University of Toronto (UofT) in Canada. She has made significant contributions to the fields of nutritional neuroscience, cognitive aging, and brain health.

Dr. Greenwood obtained her Ph.D. in Psychology from UofT and embarked on a career focused on understanding the impact of diet on brain function and cognitive health. She joined the Rotman Research Institute at Baycrest Health Sciences, affiliated with UofT, where she currently holds a senior scientist position. Additionally, she is a professor in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at UofT.
