BIO
Dr. Emily S. Ho, BScOT, MEd, PhD, OT Reg. (Ont.) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto and a Clinician Investigator in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at The Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, Canada. Her research focuses on measuring and evaluating clinical outcomes of hand therapy and surgery with the goals of fostering engagement and participation of children and youth with upper limb musculoskeletal conditions.
Dr. Ho is an advanced practice clinician and has over 20 years of experience as an occupational therapist at the Hospital for Sick Children. She is known internationally as a leader in paediatric upper limb rehabilitation with a particular interest in children and youth with congenital limb differences and brachial plexus birth injuries.
