Dr. Jacob Hirsh is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the University of Toronto's Institute for Management & Innovation and the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management.
His research explores the cognitive and affective dynamics underlying personality, motivation, and decision-making. Dr. Hirsh has published his work in a variety of outlets including Academy of Management Review, Psychological Review, Psychological Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personality and Social Psychology Review, and Perspectives on Psychological Science.
