BIO

Dr. Derek Tsang is an Associate Professor at the University of Toronto's Department of Radiation Oncology. He is also a Clinician Investigator in the Radiation Medicine Program at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. He completed his medical training at Queen’s University, followed by a residency in radiation oncology at the University of Toronto. He obtained fellowship training in pediatric radiation oncology at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Dr. Tsang also completed a Master's degree in clinical epidemiology at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in 2018. He joined the Radiation Medicine Program in 2017 and is a member of the pediatric and adult central nervous system (CNS) tumour site groups at the University Health Network.
